Struggling with depression and anxiety. Trying to find the courage to just move for 25 minutes every day. Thats my goal for 2023. 2022 was a very hard year and about wipes my confidence. Praying I pull through in 2023.

I do use your app & I have been working out for a little over a year. I take my lunch hour & use the campus gym. It’s a huge perk to have a gym at my job. Plus I get a yearly discounted rate as staff but I used to be so good about drinking water. I’ve really got to work on that! I also need to eat less sugar. I’m on a medication that makes me crave sugar & caffeine so I do drink a lot of green tea. That makes me feel great! I can’t drink green tea on an empty stomach though. It makes me nauseous for some reason, thank you Katie!!

Cheese fruits veggies are the best I enjoy sweet potatoes so good brown rice does taste better I definitely try to drink lots of water daily
