This was definitely a challenge, day 3 and still out of breath by move 4! The thing I love most about this video is that you are actually shown which muscles you are working! This workout is great. I maximize each move, and it makes me sweat a lot more than any of your other workouts. I love it. I add on two other 7 minute challenges for a fuller workout.

Started doing this last week, along with arms challenge and belly fat challenge. And it’s Ramadan and I am doing them during the fasting hours. I haven’t measured myself, but I sure can fit into clothes I wasn’t fitting it up until recently.
Hi Lucy, after 7 days, when can I repeat this exercise again? Or can I continue this workout until a month? I am doing your arm, leg and glutes and belly workouts respectively now… please advise. Thanks!!!

Guys I am starting on this challenge once again as I think this is the best leg workout I can find on YouTube also I kinda got distracted from my fitness journey in the last month so i am here again :)) also I am going to do this till it becomes super easy for me….

The best thing about Lucy from every other fitness influencers:1)She has standing exercises for everything which is very good for motivation and spine's health2)She has one minute for every exercise because of which we can listen to songs

This is my second day doing this challenge and I've been exercising to your other videos as well and I already feel the difference. My thighs feel more toned now and I can really feel on the butt part but that means it's working, it's working. Just gotta keeping going!
