What I love about Lucywyndhamread’s workouts is that they’re first off all low impact, great bits of time you can fit into your daily life, and sometimes double up back to back or do first thing in the morning, lunchtime, and evening. I’ve been struggling with depression and as a result I’ve become very immobile…or maybe its the other way around. This bit was doable, although i did slow my steps down to suit my comfort level (I’m 56 years old with a bit of a heart issue…) Thank you for the quick video!
Just did this and really really liked it… Thank you so much for all of the low impact but higher intensity workouts. It’s all I can do, but had never found anything like these until I found you ! The mental stress has overwhelmed me during the pandemic and you have made such an impact on this too! Making myself get back into lucy workouts to get fit and healthy again and wow, this goes so quickly! Did this 3 times and burned 222 calories in 23 mins. Love how quickly these 7 minutes goes, even when repeating to get a longer workout x
