This workout is amazing. Just take out 7 minutes from your day and it gives true results. I am doing Lucy's workouts for last 1 and half months and my waist has reduced from 36 inches to 33 inches. And definitely I dropped a dress 👗size ( from XL to L).
Okay I'm gonna do this from tomorrow! Btw is it better to do in the morning or evening?

I will be starting this today I did previously 2 times last week but I had too much muscle pain to continue but I’m coming back for 7 days-
Day 1- I have completed I feel good legs are a bit sore but keeping on going, going to do the power walking
Day 2- I completed and did the power walk today instead, as I missed out yesterday I will catch up tomorrow
Day 3- I completed today but instead of power walking I did 3 min ab exercise
Day 4- I completed my 15 min power walk today, I loved the 3 min ab exercise so I will be doing those again later along with the 7 mins, at the beginning of this I was struggling an in so much muscle pain, I’m feeling like I’m so much fitter an my muscle pain isn’t as bad. I completed today’s workout is still intense but my pain is improving so much more.
Day 5- I have completed today’s 7 mins and three min abs exercises, I feel like the ab exercise have been melting my double chin down too as I can feel it under my chin, I’m think I’ve lost weight on my stomach maybe a tiny bit on my legs, I’m definitely more flexible now though an my muscle pain is easing off a lot, I will admit I’m feeling very lazy today. BUT I ONLY HAVE TWO DAYS TO GO. Although I’m dreading measuring day.

Hmmm I have been eating healthy n doing this 7 mins every day for 7 days and no change. I have not dropped even 1/2 a dress size. Maybe I will after 2 weeks 🤔

I don’t know about dress size since I hardly wear them, but I did drop down 2 pant sizes 👍
I finished my 7 day challenge with this workout and 4 more of Lucy's workouts. I'm SO happy with my results!
