Love these workouts! I have been using your workouts since March and love how they are sculpting my body. I live the longer walking workouts,but for variety I combine 2 or 3 of the shorter ones. I love how you change up the exercise each minute so I can do these every single day without getting bored! Thank you❤️

My toddler keeps pausing or changing the channel.Motivate me any mums here.I want to workout.I lost quite a lot of pounds last year but this year was sedentary except Lucy’s workout i didn’t do any thing and I am aging again 😫

Great workout. Shoulders really sore going into workout. Felt I really stretched my body out. I had lifted too much weight recently. Still sore but feel better. Have to realize my age sometimes. Thanks
Is it good to do work out regular 7 days.some suggest to do 5 days 7 days not good for muscle what u suggest
