During quarantine i gained 9kgs. But i dont have to worry since i follow lucy💗 i have been doing her 7 week videos for a couple of days, i started by the belly fat one,included back fat exercises later and from yesterday i am trying the muffin top as well.
I am not maintaining any strict diet, i am eating whatever my mom cooks, but keeping a track of calorie consumption. I drink 12 glass of water per day. Guess what! I already lost 2 kgs in just 1 week. My body is significantly toned and i am getting my confidence back.
Above all, i was suffering from leg fatigue from a month. After forcing myself into these workout, my leg pain is gone😇 i am feeling very energetic all day long.
All i want to say, it is okay to feel pain after trying these exercises. Since i already had leg pain, i cant describe the excruciating pain after workout. But i didnt give up on Lucy and she didn’t fail me either. Idk why she is so underated. This lady is a life-saver.

Dear Lucy, Your fitness routines are amazing and they hit the spot, so to speak! Lockdown 1 was just horrendous for me and I missed my health club dreadfully but I've got to say, I don't know what broom cupboard I was hiding in, but Lockdown 2 and I'm just in my element and that's all because of YOU and YOUR workouts. You have 100% inspired me and I thank you very much. I now fully intend to cancel my health club membership and become part of 'Lucy's Squad'. Lucy please do postpartum workout series! Many of videos online are not easy going. Majority of women have weak lower back, aches & pains, bladder problems etc. I suffer from degenerative disc issues also so I just don’t know where to begin! Everything makes my lower back ache right now x
Thank you Lucy! I just finished this one, as well as the abs and glutes. I try to do different ones every day for at least 40 minutes. I love the longer ones but these are great to combine. Please stay well and keep them coming!

Hi Lucy, did your workouts last year during lockdown and when I went back to work, got into a terrible slump. Starte with your 7/4 workouts last week and my mood has lifted already. Have a lot of weight to get rid of though. I really enjoy your workouts
