I loved this! My go to for arms is the 4 minute I've you have. I love how this, like that, goes from one to the next, no 10 sec breaks.

Thank you Lucy! I really enjoyed the moves in this workout. I am hot and sweaty as this is my second workout. I did the 20 cardio moves workout just before this. Now for you cool down stretch a shower and I am ready for my day!

So I just wanna get rid of my flabby arms 😩 they're jzt hella annoying….. let's do this workout for at least 15 days…so,my arms are 12 inches..
