Lucy, I have been exercising for over 50 years now. I have been exercising with you for over 4 years. I positively love your workouts and I have done almost all of them. I really like this workout not only for the benefit of burning calories but I love that you also include flexibility, balance and posture. Those are three very important elements that are extremely important as you get older. I hope that you can do more workouts that incorporate these things but I know I will love any workout you do. My energy and mood become quite worse nowadays and I have been skipping exercise for 2 months now. I honestly feel lethargic right now but I remember your words Lucy, exercise would help me increase my energy levels and help my mental health. This is day 2 of me doing exercises again. I'm really manifesting myself becoming better 🙏

Hi lucy love yr channel i do your workouts everyday unfortunately we caught covid so ive not been able to excersise for nearly 4 weeks now but getting bk to my workouts in next couple of days what would you reccomend for getting back into my workouts thankyou x

I like the variety and that each exercise is 15 or 30 secs only without too much break in-between. 7 minutes pass quickly on this one and you feel you've had a workout! The video quality is just not great (picture fuzzy).

This …. I felt in my legs and glutes! Soo effective. Can’t wait on 1/1 when I turn 52 to show you my reveal.Ok this was my 5th Lucy workout this morning. Gonna go finish my workout with one of Lucy’s walking workouts. I paid myself in my workout jar and I get a 👍🏻💙
