I am a beginner, over 74kg, I tried it yesterday and really sweat so hard after 7 mins workout! Love to move! Great Video for anyone who want to reduce fat!

I usually do this workout every day but I am going to find another workout due to the commercial interruption part way through, this is the only exercise video I do that has commercial interruption seems like there is something they can do about that
