I love her workouts I have got 4 of her ebooks and lost 6 pounds so far and that's my first week.
I did this exercise for 7 days straight and the result is great ! I lose 0.9 kgs !! I dont really go with diet but I eat less sugary foods and drinks, eat small portion of meal and drinks 2 litres water a day. Thank you so much Lucy!!
Best thing about Lucy's workouts are they are meant for everybody. They are inclusive. When I first started working out I thought it is impossible for me given the crunches and planks but Lucy's workouts came as breath of fresh air. Thanks Lucy❤️

Day 1- ✔ It was a little difficult but I completed it.
Day 2- ✔ It was way easier and my legs didn't hurt as much as they did yesterday.
