Seven hip sculpting moves. One minute each. NO BREAKS! That’s right, no stopping until the end of the seventh minute!! AND in honor of the Stretch Revolution challenge on my Instagram, I wanted to include a great hip stretch after the workout! Let’s do this!

March 27th ✅💙 I'm usually reluctant to do dynamic stretches because I'm not flexible at all, but I tried the Honest Pigeon pose at the end
..more like a Dishonest Pigeon for me, but at least I tried 😂😭
