Loved the running at the start😍
I am 70 and hoping to keep fit in lockdown. If I lost a bit of weight also would be wonderful which is why I chose this workout. 7 mins is very achievable so I am not put off . I have managed a week so far and hope I will continue. Thanks so much Lucy.

Lucy, your videos are so helpful, encouraging and simple, therefore easy to commit to. I wonder if you have any videos for our people of 65 years and older? Your simplicity and ease to follow the videos would be a hit for our parent's generation.
Lucy I had a pair of jeans where the button area sat on my hips and after a couple of weeks of doing around 10-20 minutes a day with you they almost close. I think I’ve gained muscle or water weight because my weight hasn’t drastically dropped but my clothes fit better and I have a waist now.
Week 3 and I have picked this for this week. 2nd day done. My little ones went back to school yesterday and it was so easy to fit this into our morning routine and working from home. No more using I don’t have time as an excuse to not keep fit. Thanks Lucy. Xx
