I absolutely love HASFIT! I broke my ankle two years ago and it has been a struggle to get back to peak fitness as I still have foot/ankle complications. However I came across HASFIT a year ago when I needed to start getting motivated again. I would analyze the videos and perform the visualizations I needed first in order to gear up to actually do a workout (due to trauma). Let's just say I subscribed quickly and never looked back.

I watch you guys daily and perform numerous workouts a day pairing them as much as possible for my 40-90 minutes of physical activity 4-6 days a week. I love you guys SO MUCH because you guys modify a lot of the exercises, which is fantastic for someone like me. You guys have made my fitness come back quicker than I thought possible. I want to say "Thanks!" for this channel, for the motivation, for all the workouts and for all the hard work and effort you guys put in! I really appreciate it, as I know many others too.

This BARRE workout I absolutely LOVE! I started ballet-inspired work at the same time I started HASFIT because I needed to come out of my comfort zone and changed my body drastically after gaining a lot of weight. Anyhows, I love the burn of this workout. I love how short it is when I'm pressed for time and not really feeling in the mood to do a long workout session. Please bring on more of these Barre workouts whenever you can or more stretching/recovery and mobility videos as well. Thank you's!!! <3

I found this video as well as your leg workout. Do you only have 2 of the Barre inspired workouts? I LOVED these, I am a flight attendant and would like workouts I can do in my room or even in the case of the legs workout I could do on the plane when I only have a few minutes. Please advise!! Thank you!
