I now know why you are called mad fit because it is mad you can make it through that without dropping plank at all 😭 amazing! I’m going to save this one and try it every three months and work up to being able to do it all without dropping plank like you!

I have been working out with your videos around 5 months, I used to hate abdominals but because of this videos I have improve a lot and they really work on me. Of course what you eat also matters, and also your actitud but just to say thanks for your videos darling, I really appreciate them!

Best routine ever, very efective
I did it without dropping my knees( im shaking I can´t almost even write ). At first I had to drop in each variation but after doing it for a few days I got stronger and made it throught the whole workout. So don´t give up guys!

This is my second 30 day challenge that i'm doing with you and my body has change so much!!! My shoulders, arms, legs and stomach are toned. I have always been very slim but not toned and fit like I am today, so thank you for the great exercises Maddie!!
