My Exams. Literally, i swear every teacher thinks that their subject is the ONLY subject i do. The amount of homework i get is stupid not to mention they tell us to revise

The thing that makes me the most stressed is knowing that I am holding myself back. While I know I am capable of accomplishing more, I'm always getting in my own way. Whether that be because I'm procrastinating due to fear of failure, or eating junk because of anxiety about grades and college, it's a terrible and incredibly stressful feeling to know that you have all the tools to reach your goals, but for some reason you're not taking the opportunity.

The most stressful thing is when I fail to wake up early in the morning to meet the high demands of the society which no likes to do in the first place but yet have to fulfill ….. the thought abt finishing a lot in less time Inturn makes everyone feels Insecure and low about themselves if failed to do so …., it's actually everyone's problem main cause of stress no able to meet the demands of the society even though u dont want to do it but have to no choice makes everyone n everything stressful !!

I get stressed when I ask for fitness things (like weights, yoga pants or even healthier food) and my mom says we don't have the money. I want to change my life for the better, but I don't have the resources 😿

I get really stressed when I'm stuck. I'm constantly trying to improve and am always reevaluating myself. I am an all or nothing person, but I also see and understand multiple perspectives, so I don't really have solid opinions something and realize there are a lot of grey areas. This contradiction equals a lot of confusion and decision paralysis for me. 😅😧

Well something that gets me stressed is: when i miss a class in school and my classmates learn something new but when i go back to school and my classmates know something new that i dont know YET, I get a "little" stressed and depressed because the teacher exlaines something that i don't know Yet. But the good thing is that i always calm my self by going to the bathroom and splashing some water on my face and also realizes that it's ok to not know But it's no ok to not try. Also i ask the teachers my douts that is what there for to teach us.

The thing that gets me most stressed when I have so much on my plate and so much to do and especially important stuff it can get very stressful because you don’t have all the time in the world to get everything done and it ends up being a big mess!

I also get stressed when especially at school a lot of people put pressure on you to do well when you are trying your hardest and maybe it’s a test that you didn’t do that well in but then you get a feeling of disappointment from your teachers and classmates and that makes me feel SUPER stressed

The one thing that makes me stressed EVERYDAY is the horrible traffic I have to face when commuting from home to work and vice versa. It takes me 2 hours or more to get to work because of the cars that almost don't move! I have to wake up earlier just so that I get to work on time!
