Thank you for building a workout that I am able to do. I’ve been doing them for 4 days so yes I am new to your programs, I had to take a break test cause I was busy baking for 25 people, got right back to it today and I do 2 a day…..one for belly and one for legs and booty.

Really awesome exercise
Have just done my day 1 exercise and am going to be strictly on exercise untill day 7 then I will surely come back with the result.. Though it's tough but I must do it.. My stomach is 38 my hips is 42 am 70kgs.

I'm so bad at these haha. Even the beginner ones. I just can't seem to coordinate my at.s and legs. It's like trying when you try to pat your head a rub your stomach at the same time 🤣
I totally love Lucy Wyndham's videos. It is really helping me to get back on track in terms of working on my fitness and health. It is super easy, fun and before you know it, you've completed your work out. I feel amazing the rest of the day 🙂🤠💯
is using weights more beneficial for bone health
So after therapy not working out from a bilateral si joint fusion. I gain weight from not being Mobil. My surgeon said stop therapy and start exercising. So I weighed myself at 226lbs was 218lb 8 weeks ago. So I found Lucy on YouTube and did two 7 min videos. I was sweating so bad after and drank a bottle of water my skin felt so clean. Thk you Lucy.
