I was very chubby and my arms were huge. I did this workout 4 times a week including Lucy's 7 minutes abs workout….I have lost 1.5 inches off my arms, 1 inches off my waist and hips. This really works! I am going to continue this. Thank you Lucy ❤
this wont give me muscle right?im a woman and i just want my arm to become smaller but im scare if i do this excerise i might make them gaining muscle also (i meant like the mascular muscle) ..helppp 😭

I have done it for 7 days and i lost 2 centimetres and my left arm was 29 and the other one was 28

I had my toe injured 10months ago, and I have knee and heel pain…. It’s unbearable, I have put-on so much weight as a whole and barely walk for long time….it worse my pain … I used to cry a lot bcz of my knee cracking sound….. and believe me or not this workout as a whole got the effects of 45 mts walking with no knee pain and arms are lighter than before…it’s a great exercise for knee pain…. Now I have hopes to get better soon…. Your my darling now…

I don't stick to exercise often I don't do diets..but this exercise is magical literally I did for seven days my waist got smaller and how did notice?!! Because of my school skirt it used to be tight on my waist but now it's falling I literally had to cut it and make it smaller…
My arms are taking time but am sure I'll be there soon….and I also walk 10min while sucking my stomach in and wow am speechless…fr I didn't do diet or push up but I lost ….now I want to add diet and do this exercise…for a month and see what happens

This workout DOES work! Been doing it for almost two weeks, since I was doing different workouts they bulked up my arms making them bigger, but this workout has helped to slim them down and now I can fit into my sweaters I brought last year! 🤩 Also this workout has been helping to tone up my back, it looks more toned and the bulge is almost gone! I've been doing this three times a day, on top of doing as many pushups and squats I can which increases every day because I've been pushing myself a lot, and I've been going on two twenty minute walks a day right after my workouts. This is day three and I can already see some results look at myself in the mirror once a day before I go to bed this is life changing!

I stumbled across this video, which lead me onto your channel. I am now day 4 into the 7 day challenge doing the arms, muffin top and glutes and legs. I nearly die after the 3 7 min exercises! 🥵😂 I miss my pre baby body and I'm over my belly button being half way down to my knees (slight exaggeration) 😂
I will continue to follow your videos and create my own routines with a mix of vids to suit what I want to focus on.
