Challenge Done! That was quite a hard one for me but it was supper effective. I didn’t measure myself because my aim was to look good in shorts and jeans without the fat hanging out from the sides of my waist and I’m almost there! I had muffin top all my life so I understand that it would take longer to get rid of it than 7 days, but still I look very decent in jeans and shorts now with just a tiny bit of fat left. Thank you Lucy! You are amazing!
For the past few months I have been eating a lot outside(emotional eating) and gorging on all the pizzas, burgers and junk foods I can, which has taken a toll on my weight.
Gonna do this for 7 days and then share my results. Will try doing intermittent fasting with this.

I love you and your workouts lucy,they are so effective and interesting that except fitness for mood boosting also they are the best
this one is exhausting but after 7 days surprising results will come for sure and you are right it is just a matter of 7 minutes which makes be consistent

ok this workout is the best for losing love handles. I started to have results after 3 days. It may be complicated but it's worth it

Ok im gonna do this for 14 days along with 2 more workouts which are a 5 min belly fat burn and a 10 min leg workout.
I've gained some weight and you can see it a lot. I've done this workout last year and it actually worked so i know this will tone down my body ( do it if you see this it's worth the sweat).
School starts in 14 days from tomorrow and it's gonna be a new school so i want to look better than i do rn.
{ along with working out im going to watch my diet and do skin care becouse my face looks horrible rn. }
Please keep in mind that i also will be wearing my waist trainer again for 14 days 5-8hrs a day
Im also not gonna share my measurements but in the end i will share how much cms/kgs i lost ♡
Day 1: ✅ as i said i did my first 5 min workout but i did this too, it was hard really hard at the fifth workout i needed to take a longer break and the last exercise i couldn't even do becouse i felt dizzy, this workout always makes me dizzy when i didnt eat yet ( so eat before doing this workout) { last year i almost fainted once i did this workout in mid summee without eating } my leg workout i will do it before i go to bed
Day 2: ❎ i didnt do it because i was soooo soreee but i did do my other two workouts.
Day 3:✅ did it and half my leg workout
Day 4: ❎ didnt do it but i walked abit { i thaught about doing this workout every second day so in change with my leg workout}
Day 5: ✅ did it and danced a bit
Day 6 & 7: ❎ didnt do it uff
Secound week: this week im going to be doing the workout for the next 6 days straight today im going to take it easy i went on a walk so if i get a kick later to do the workout i will.

Word of caution to all: these give you AMAZING results but DON'T stop after 7 days.. that'll reverse the effect many times over.. if you're starting these workouts be prepared for a lifetime commitment..

This works really well! I am doing this is my 5th day. I lost 3.5 inches from my waist. I am doing it 3 times a day.

Day one and was broken hearted from how heavy I have let myself be that I could even keep up through all reps🥺 I now weigh 81 kg while 27 yrs. Gotta be healthy before my birthday in December I must make a better me💪🏽 for me and loose 10 kilos

Ok I've done 2 weeks of this workout and the results are insane, I saw a difference after 3 days ! I did so many workouts (Chloe, Lilly, Pamela, mad fit..) I had results but never that big in so little time ! I also did the love handles workout in addition, it works wonder ! thank you !!

I vas VERY skeptical about this.. i always thought there are no exercises that will make you feel you work that part of body, the sides, the muffin tops, thinking this is my body shape and i have to live with it. After the first day i feel muscle pain on my muffin tops, even if i'm used to cardio, squats, gym.
Today is my first day. I want to lose my stubborn love handles. I hope it helps!!!!!! I will update my results.
