You said weigh everything cooked if it needs cooking and raw if it's eaten raw. So you're saying if I eat 120g pasta, I should weigh it once it's cooked rather than before I boil it? Surely it's exactly the same calories when it's raw??

It's incredible how the height can affect the amount of muscle you need to look a certain way like I'm almost 6 5 and if I get close to 180 I can even se my ribs my goal this year is to get as close as possible to 220 if I can haha
