Question; In terms of diet, what on your thoughts on eating foods that would increase neurotransmitters. Eg nuts and red meat which raise dopamine & acety-l colyn, which are the best neurotransmitters for lifting, Instead of carb heavy foods which produce serotonin which is a calming neurotransmitter? Not trolling just genuinely asking your opinion?

In a meet if you raise the weight for your second attempt and fail it must your 3rd attempt be at that weight or can you lower it?
You always talk about all the calories you want to get in for energy, but I'm curious whether power lifting competitions allow you to use something like caffeine before or during a meet. Or would that be considered a banned substance?
