I'm 61 and have been doing a few of your workouts. I do occasionally have to modify them, but I'm doing good I think. Just can't move the way I used to on some things.

I really like how these workouts are structured, it has a natural flow, almost. It is not a quantity of throwing as many as possible different exercises in there like other workouts/youtuber do, but instead focuses on quality in supersets. Love it. Will definitely try it <3

We enjoyed the workout 🙂 But few things I feel that you are not doing right are 1) keeping muscle in tension during stretch. 2) no breaks in between the moves. 3) no timer for movements that you had done based on timer 4) no explanation of movement before doing it
