I'm new to Jessica and having so much fun trying all the workouts on her channel. My community gym is temporarily closed and this total mash up was a great substitute for my usual workout. Great work out. Did it today for the first time and love it. It's tough but it helps to build endurance. Will add to my weekly exercise routine.

Hi Jessica, I love your workouts so much that I've cancelled my subscriptions to the other instructors workouts. I've been working out with you for about 3 months. This is the most active that I've seen Peanut. I think you need to buy her some towels to play with while you workout. She is just too funny!
I liked this workout, but be mindful when picking what weight to use that the tempo is pretty quick. I used 8 lbs and wouldn't go any heavier.

Thank you VERY much for your life saving work out programs, I am very athletic and used to go to the gym every day for the past 28 years for hard core work out classes. Waiting for new videos! Your exercise is challenging but not too hard and all of zoom exercise group member sweats a lot!
I was afraid to do this because I thought the towel moves would activate my fibromyalgia, back spasms and arthritic shoulders but I made modifications and did it!❣️Loved it too.
