Hello Scott, I'm a beginner and have a question for you:
This week, I felt biceps were my lagging part. At the gym, I worked my biceps on monday, and on saturday, at home (where I have an EZ bar and two dumbbells) I decided to give it another hit training with lower weight, but lifting to failure, with short periods of rest between sets. After 30 minutes I felt spent, so I stretched and continued my day. Today, sunday, for the first time ever I'm not sore AND feel a lot weaker doing normal activities. Should I worry?

Best advice ever my chest sucks, I've been skinny all my life & I put on muscle/fat over 2 years @ around 12% body fat my shoulders, back, arms look ok but the lower chest is so soft.. It actually jiggles zz

Scott, I have been training for years ( some times sporadically and with poor diet), but have been training strictly and constantly for a year now and with a proper diet. What can I do to "split" the middle of the chest?

I love your stuff bro! One thing, you say theres no such thing as a hardgainer. I know a guy.. He works out so hard.. eats so much.. takes so many steroids.. barely makes any size or strength gains at all. He is very knowledgable in all of these things that he does too. I think hard gainers are much more rare than people think, but they are out there. I think its similar to people thinking they are depressed when really clinical depression is an entirely different thing than the way most poeple who think they are depressed feel. Meaning most people that think they are a hard gainers are simply lacking in an area or incorrectly monitoring their progress. What do you think? I know you dont respond to comments on old videos but AYYYEEEE. Big fan.
