This video just sent me down a 6 hour research rabbit hole, I now have all the information I need for macros and calories to make my own full meal plans for cutting and bulking.
Hey Scott if I was in a gym lifting weights and get hot and sweaty would be in trouble if I pull my shirt up and cool off

I'm glad I found great channels like yours as a teenager and was able to stay away from crap….
My advice to anyone just starting regardless of age has always been based on my own experience when i started back in the 90s i think I got it right just by sheer luck as I didn't have a clue but start with full body every other day doing 3 sets per muscle and each set to failure and always pushing for that extra rep every workout every set every exercise. it's as simple as you can get but put me in a solid position to make gains and gave me a good base to work from program wise going forward and progressing as i got bigger

But you actually made huge gains
Two things:
Take a few rest days or more. I went crazy.
Take a protein/mass gainer. If u have a quick metabolism, you cannot eat that dam much.

From my own experience, eating a huuuge arse breakfast makes getting in my calories easier. Usually my breakfast is anywhere from 1000 to 1500 calories…
I would say stop smoking weed and drinking alcohol, eat good and excercise
