i did my first pilates class yesterday after aaages and this is just what i needed, a nice little stretch.
I did this practice again after almost a year of daily yoga– the first time I had done this was before I actually "met" Adriene, and I just searched for a workout cool-down… I remembered this because of her colorful leggings here haha! SO much has changed in my perspective about mind-body connection, about yoga, and about my relationship with my body since I last did this practice, and it's so nice to be able to recognize and cherish that <3

I would recommend at the end of this video doing a cobblers pose and foot massage (a loved Adrienne tip as we all know! ) , It feels really good after a dance work out and that frog pose. Thanks for the videos Adrienne you are an amazing teacher, even though it's on YouTube I never felt like I was going to injure myself in all the years i've been following your channel, because you give such good instructions.
