Love this video and workout. Perfect end after Day 21 of 28 Days of Sweat, 12 mins abs and glutes workout with your pal from PMA fitness (seems like a nice guy!!) and then the 6 min glutes. Perfect – set up for the day! Keep bringing the videos out I'm going to continue when I go back to work as it fits in with my day. I've been doing something every weekday since the start of lockdown!!!! Can't face getting on the scales as going up every day – I'm hoping it's muscle!! Thanks again. Louise x
