I started working out in March or 2020 (right when I started working from home just to change up my routine and actually feel productive) I have been active in sports since a child into teen years but being an adult fitness and physical activity seemed so hard incorporate. I figured why not with all this time on my hands. I had no muscle amd started with her full body no weights exercises 5 times a week for 9 months then switched to weights and her work outs thay focus on certain body parts. I've noticed SUCH a difference not only in my appearance, strength level but also mental health. I've been following her almost 2 year and don't plan on slowing down anytime soon.
I discovered your workouts during the lockdown in April 2020 and you have been with me through it all. You finally got me back into sport, which I had stopped for several years, not finding anything that really suited me. Since then I've been following you, I've been doing sport all the time and I love it! I have become a better version of myself by persevering and I thank you so much!
I'm keeping this video aside to do it again, I didn't have time for a long session but my god it burns a lot! I love it! (I'm also taking the opportunity to listen to English, two in one haha).

I've been adding one of Maddie's 5 minute ab workout videos to my workouts every day this week. It's day 25 of this December Challenge and I've never felt the burn in my abs like this before in my life. Maybe it's all the Christmas dinner food!!?
