Interesting interview ! Marcus is a great motivator and has a lot of good advice. I thought I was imagining things at first, but that is actually a rabbit hopping around at 28:35

this is such a nice guy i respect people like this very much. I used to live in Australia close to bondai for almost 10 years . And i really miss Australia and its kinda shame i started calisthenics just after i got back home to SLovakia. I would give anyting to do reps near to the ocean…

Marcus is awesome. He just seems to do everything, right and sounds like he's done a lot of research to get to his point. The number #1 thing that will always stand true with everything in life:baby steps, progressive overload and not just jumping right passed steps, just because 1 part of the chain allows you to do it a few times at the start.
