Hi Cassey, I found your channel because some roller skaters are doing your splits challenge, and I’m so pumped to start working out with you every day. Tiny problem… I’m in an arm cast right now. I had thumb reconstruction (yup, skating accident), and moves that involve the forearm/hand are painful. (Even when just used for stabilization.) I get a throbbing pain when I lower my arm, so I keep it folded up to my chest all day- the doctors say ELEVATION IS KEY! I searched YT and found a couple workouts to try, but I’m wondering if you would consider doing a “arm in a cast/ no arm” type of workout. If you already have, maybe I missed it. It would be great for the injured or disabled people searching for a good workout.

I have knock knees(x legs) and I'm having trouble keeping my heels together with certain excercises. Is that a bad thing?

Whenever I've tried to tone my thighs they always end up bulking so I'm afraid to do squats and lunges again so what should I do instead ? :C

These exercise will not make you lose thigh fat, you can’t spot reduce fat it’s impossible. You can loose fat by eating in a calorie deficit, but where you’ll loose that fat depends on your genetics. These are still workouts you can do but they won’t slim your legs. And you will not get muscles by doing these body weight workouts if you want to build muscles you got to have a progressive overload (use weights).

You can't make your thighs slimmer by doing bodyweight exercises… You will make the muscle stronger, yes. But stop misleading
