I have a super sweet tooth but I never go crazy. People are always asking me how do you stay skinny if you love your sweets, my one trick is to have them there but only eat one whenever you have that craving. You eat one, that craving goes away and you are fine. A lot of people have a misconception that you need to eat five cookies or all of the package to feel satisfied but now you are all out and with a guilt of eating everything. Everything in moderation is the key 🔑.

On super motivated days is when I like to grocery shop and try to only buy healthy things for dinner and snacks. Then you are sort of forced to eat what you have at home..if you don't, it goes bad and you've wasted your money.
