I am such a snacker, especially at night, so this is definitely a goal/habit I want to achieve and get rid off! If I want a snack, I will for sure being picking a healthier option! Thank you for all these tips Katie!❤️❤️

Eating after dinner, late-night eating is my issue. So on-point during the day and losing my momentum at night is no fun! Thanks for the inspiration, gf!💕💪

Love this! I do have a question. I have PCOS and battle with craving sugar all the time. I feel I am in a constant battle. Its not as easy as just stop eating sugar. Do you have any experience or knowledge on PCOS and any advice for nutrition for someone with PCOS?

What if I want to loose weight and don't want to do the sugar free stuff. But I am a type 1 diabetic. What can I take with my coffee ?
I do use 1/2 and 1/2.

I’ve been watching you for almost 2 years and recently started my own fitness journey through weight management classes with my medical provider. This video hit home for me because a lot of it was stuff I was doing. Except the sugar free foods. I’m a dental hygienist and have a knowledgeable and background in nutrition and overall health. But since I had my son 6 years ago I haven’t been able to shed my weight like I use to. I’ve always loved working out but eat “ good and bad foods,” but didn’t realized until you explained it by labeling it good and bad foods that creates emotional stress. I love that you said we need to find food that fuels our body not label it. I’m 41 years old and 5’ 1/2” and weighed 181 pounds with a 41 inch waist. I’m considered obese. But I started a program 1 month ago with my mom through, Kaiser Permanente and it’s monitored by doctors and we have group classes. Yes we have to weigh ourselves weekly but for the first time in my life it’s not the scale that matters it’s the inches I’m losing and I feel great. We eat their food bars shakes and soups. And I’m putting something in my body every 2-3 hours. Drinking around 140 ounces of water a day. And I already had a good workout routine prior to the program, so this pushed me to do more with my workouts. I am now 36.5 inches and 166lbs. My blood pressure is even better then before and all my lab work( kidneys, liver, pancreas ect..) looks excellent. I’m in premenopause and having severe hot flashes. So i am hoping that if I can get to a healthy weight I won’t release as much estrogen to have hot flashes, because with COVID-19 and being a dental hygienist in all the gear we have to wear, I sweat all day long. So thank you Katie for all your tips and tricks that I will be using during and after I’m done with my weight management program!! <3<3

I definitely need to work on setting realistic goals. I'm guilty of starting full blast and then burn out and stop . Then I feel like a failure and start being really hard on myself when I would crash.

I couldn't STOP my brain from being tricked into thinking you were sitting there with no pants on. Inspiring info, unfortunate leggings.

Getting rid of the all or nothing thinking really helped me maintain my weight loss for good. Also realizing that you can’t outrun a bad diet. I exercise to feel good not for the purpose of burning calories. Took me YEARS to internalize this.

Great advice but the pink pants with the seam down the middle made me doing a wide eyed double take. I seriously thought she had no pants on at first 🤦🏼‍♀️

The scale thing was a major thing for me for sure! You’ve said it before and that was a huge revelation for me. It helped me focus on feeling strong and better as opposed to weight. Finding you was definitely one of the best things I’ve done for myself and my health

For me big mistake: when I stop weighting myself I start gaining weight like crazy. So disagree with you on that. In general just stop eating like elephant, don't eat after 6 pm no matter your schedule life (cucumber is permitted) and less sugar. Exercise if you want and that's it. Will always be in a good shape with such a regime. Believe me.

My weight fluctuations and using the scale have been my downfall. I started a workout program and got 1 pound away from my goal. I was devastated and honestly it’s always 1-2 pounds I’m off that drives me crazy that I can’t reach it. It made me hate my body and it’s ability.

I stopped drinking soda like a year ago and I quit midnight snacking so yay. I drink green tea after dinner and that's it so it kind of makes me determined?? to not hunt for food in the fridge :p

I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

I love your channel so so much it is so motivating because I have also tried all of the "fad" diets, calorie counting, fasting… and none have worked, and now I am the same weight as I was a year ago. Your channel has inspired me to focus on how I feel and what makes me feel good, and to not look at the scale. Thank you!
