I started getting some decent muscles on my biceps and triceps but my shoulders were nonexistent. Thanks man, all the other shoulder workout videos are like boring classroom lectures, yours, straight to the point.

@mike rashid been watching you for years, since I was 30 yrs old, the CT days doing pull-ups with a female hanging off your back. The fact that you've been through a lot but keep going is an inspiration to me at 41 yrs old and need to know someone at your age still has hustle.
