Hey, Coach. It's been three months since I started working out with your videos and I've gone from 341 lbs to 280. I can't tell you how helpful these videos have been to my weight-loss. Thank you soooooo much and keep up the incredible work you've been doing. You're changing lives for the better… including mine. 🙂

@bobzero30 We do have a vid already! Search HASfit Bent-over Row. It is hard for me to tell you what you're doing wrong online, but 1. make sure you don't have too much weight where you have to use your legs and momentum to lift the bar. 2. The main muscles used in this exercise are your lats, biceps, and rhomboids … not your middle back. 3 For a great middle back exercise, search hasfit reverse db fly.

@bobzero30 I think we may have a miscommunication on what the "middle back" is. At first, I thought you were referring to the trapezius when you said middle back. So let me be clear, the bent-over row major movers are the rhomboids, teres major, teres minor, and latissimus dorsi.

@bobzero30 I didn't think you were challenging brother. There is nothing wrong with some friendly debate 🙂 Anyway, that sounds cool. I'm not familiar with the program, but muscle and fitness usually has good writers so I'm sure it will work for you. Keep your eye out for my 12 week mass building program coming out soon. Keep up the hard work brother!
