I decided to try this as my cool down after my cardio workout this morning. Great mini workout/stretch!! Can't wait to try it on a work day after a few hours sitting at my desk! I'm sure it will be just what I need!

I just found these. We are still remote and our work put out a 5-minute video, but it's getting old so looking for more. I put a calendar mark on my team's calendar at 1:30 every day to get up and do one of these videos for 5 minutes. Not much, but hopefully get their blood flowing and get them out of their chair. Looking forward to more 5-minute videos if you can do anymore. Thanks Amy! 🙂
