I decided to try this as my cool down after my cardio workout this morning. Great mini workout/stretch!! Can't wait to try it on a work day after a few hours sitting at my desk! I'm sure it will be just what I need!

Awesome–I love these! Even though I have a standing desk, I can get pretty stiff from spending hours on the phone & at the computer. These are a great public service–thanks, Amy!

This has been the most helpful video! Started working from home a month ago and it's also my first desk job. This is so nice to do on lunch to help me feel like I'm doing something good for my body. Started doing it on Tuesday and I'm feeling a difference already! Thanks for posting this!

I just found these. We are still remote and our work put out a 5-minute video, but it's getting old so looking for more. I put a calendar mark on my team's calendar at 1:30 every day to get up and do one of these videos for 5 minutes. Not much, but hopefully get their blood flowing and get them out of their chair. Looking forward to more 5-minute videos if you can do anymore. Thanks Amy! 🙂
