This will be good for me bc I’m recovering from Major ankle surgery and it’s not safe for me to go out in case I fall or if it’s bad weather.
I’m trying really hard to get up from my desk for a few minutes every hour, and your 5 minute workouts are the perfect way to get in some meaningful movement during these little breaks.

Good morning Lucy this was lovely I did this after 5mins Cardio and the two exercises combined got me to 1000 steps and it's not yet 7am!!. Really agree this is great for those at their desks hours on end like me .
