Hello ma'am. I am experiencing lower back pain due to which Dr suggest me do not do workouts which involve back. Thank you for your worlkouts which I can follow easily. As I often have knee pain I am happy that there is sometimtes the possibility to do the exercises standing or sitting.Please keep on doing workouts with both possibilities. 😊🍀

I do the different 5 minutes plus a 10 minute session and I have my daily 30 minutes thank you Lucy for your various exercises I feel very good. I also wanted to tell you that I sometimes try to do the exercises of other sports coaches but each time I come back to you, you are the best

Good way to spend 5 mins. 🙂 I am disappointed in myself for needing to hold onto something in order to do most of these. I'm 68 and balance and core strength has been wearing away. Perhaps a 5 min specific core/balance workout would be good for strengthening us back up. Thanks Lucy!

Thanks for these Lucy. I'd love to see a 5 minute pelvic floor tone and a 5 minute workout for after sitting at a desk for hours to get the circulation going and improve posture after hunching at a desk!
Also, love the idea as someone else said of a gentle 5 minute workout for when women are menstruating <3

Enjoyed this! Was harder than I imagined but in a good way. 💙 Suggestions for other 5 min workouts are knees or feet, and a end of day stretch and relax session. 👍🏃🏻‍♀️💪💦🥰
