I'm trying out from now daily at night 2 times before going to bed!!
As I'm doing 30 min workout in morning. It's easiest and very fast exercise which can be done without being lethargic! Excited to start over
My current weight 66 kg and I'm going to show the result after a week :

I love the 5 minute workouts. I set an alarm on my phone for every 2hours during the work day and do either a 5 or 10minute workout
