My team just did their first 5-minute video stretch! Nothing like a bunch of LEO's stuck in an office wearing (full 20+lb gear), who need to get up and get moving!!! Can't wait for more of these videos!

These are so helpful. I did this one early this morning before going to shovel the endless piles of snow. I didn't want to just roll out of bed, throw on a coat & possibly hurt my back, which already has issues. (Not to mention giving myself a heart attack.) Thank you so much.
