If I wanted to use this as part of my routine everyday (5x a week), will that help or hurt. I hear some people say its not good to work the same muscles everyday and I hear some people say it doesn't matter :/

I love this excersise, I do it twice through and I feel the burn! It helps that I'm a dancer and I'm flexible so on those scissor
kicks I kick all the way to the floor!

My thighs touch badly. I've notice that when I gain weight its mainly in my lower belly (giving you that muffin top look) and inner thighs. For the past four day's I've been doing your 100 rep. squats and its been helping but mainly my outer thighs and surprising butt in that short amount of time. I'm not interested in having a "thigh gap" I would like to know how consistent with this I have to be and if it would really help reduce my fat in my inner thigh.

I spend much of my workday sitting so the butt and thighs have been a “problem area” for me. I felt like I needed to target those areas so I’ve added this video to the end of my workouts a couple times a week and I can see a difference. Leg days feel a lot more balanced now that I’ve started working on toning and strengthening muscles I’ve struggled with before.
