I love this warmup! I'm very out of shape and overweight so I needed something easy but effective I could do before getting on my elliptical for a couple minutes. Thank you for this video! 😊
Should this warmup be done before or after the dynamic warmup? They are both warmups, but is it better to do the cardio warmup first and then the dynamic one, or the other way around?
