Today is my first day of the 30 day low impact weight loss for beginners and I'm determined to see it to the end. I plan on doing this on the days I'm suppose to and I'm also going to be do other workouts designed for specific body part. Ex-I did this twice and now I'm going to do an ab workout. I'm going to track my progress from this day on. Wish me luck😁

I have a job working from home, and spend a lot of hours sitting in front of a computer screen. I’m worried about my health from this. This is a PERFECT short cardio break I can take a few times a day without taking too much time or getting too sweaty. Awesome!! 👍🙏
