This quick workout will strengthen and tone your arms in just 5 minutes. All you need is a set of dumbbells. All moves are done from a standing position so this workout can be done anytime, anywhere! Options for all fitness levels.

please suggest me can I do your exercises with 3 months pregnancy? bcz i did feel stretch on belly

Hi! My sister and me LOVE your workouts and have used them for years. We love your kettlebell workouts and the no equipment ones (for when we're travelling). I even used your resistance band workouts when I was training for my first marathon last year! Brilliant warmup. Just did this workout for the first time, but I used my kettlebell. Would LOVE it if you did a 5min arms kettlebell workout though! Just an idea 🙃 Keep up the good work! Xx

This exercise is great its seriously helped me tone my arms I did this before treadmill everyday for weeks and my arms are toned soo nice. I have also done it 2x in a row or would do the upper arm video she made. The beginner ab was great too did that for awhile and it started to help me get more hourglass and now I'm able to do the harder weighted and kettlebell ab workouts. Thanks Amy you have great videos. I'm focusing on your ab videos now for 20-30 mins of them then doing treadmill. I'm down 60 lbs your videos have helped me soo much!

She makes me feel good by explaining her work outs and what’s expected as well as agreeing when the burn comes in preparing me for the end of the actual workout lol love it
