Hi Lucy, thanks for all the workouts. Ive been doing them daily, the 7 minute ones, but I dont see any results, and I'm in my 3rd week now. I am sure my metabolism and hormones are impaired, but I dont know what to do about it. Drs wont take me seriously and they dont have any answers anyway, and I cant go down the route of naturopaths and herbalists etc because they cost too much; even if I sell my soul I wont be able to afford them. I try and research online, and based on my research I am taking lots of useful vitamins and supplements. But the lack of results is really getting me down. If you have any clients with similar problems, and you know what worked for them, I'd really appreciate it if you could share the solution here. Thank you.
Is this workout safe if pregnant on first trimester?

I love your videos. I have been losing weight, etc. by following your exercise routines along with a healthier eating plan. The more I do it, the more motivated I become. Thank you. I like how you do both a standing and floor exercise video, or videos with 2 different difficulties. That way we can follow the one we want.

Tip for anyone who's neck hurts when they do the workouts: The reason your neck is hurting is because the pressure of keeping you off the ground is concentrating in your neck and not your core, try to focus on keeping yourself up through your core and it gets a little better 🙂

I’ve been doing this one and the 7 minute workout you recently uploaded on for full body legs thighs and arms! Everyday now for a week! And my legs are already toned! It’s just my diet that I am fixing up that is holding up my true results! 80% diet 20% working out! I just love the perfect amount you add of intensity! Perfect for the short period of time! I definitely feel the burn! And I always do the one of the right! LOVE IT don’t stop making these short workout videos! Also love that you mentioned the whole plank thing! I used to do planks like crazy waiting for my abs to kick in! Lol! Doing this for a full week my stomach is already looking toned! Love it! God bless you! And your family!

Hello comment section and Lucy! I think I eat pretty healthy throughout the day along with doing this workout but I have a very big issue of eating too much does anyone have any advice for me to eat less throughout the day because that would be SO helpful to me!

I've been doing standing abs for wee while but never felt the burn with standing. Have done this one twice and what a difference. Can feel the ache in lower abs and feel like I'm working. Love it. Does anybody feel same?
WOW! 3 years have passed and I still combine this ab workout with Lucy’s hiit. I don’t like floor based exercises but this 5 minutes routine is doable and effective. Thank you Lucy for keeping these workouts simple and friendly. I can do them consistently and I look great.
Hello I love some if.your videos.but I am looking for upper and lower abs.need flat and weight loss for all body it need workout with walk then exercise that keep me running as motivation. I am struggled with abs never change. I am frustrated. Any idea?
