I don't do workouts on weekends because I still want those days to be just restful but I might do this one for weekends cause my arms badly need it!

Day 1: ✅ Arms are burning but they feel great!! Only put my arms down twice but I will improve. This exercise was fun thank you!!
Day 2: ✅ Again I dropped my arms a couple times but it’s alright. I’ll get there!!
I never knew i needed this 'till now. This pain reminds me of doing first time 10 min booty workout. The burn is maybe a little bit more tough but i still needed this after a long break.

This is a great arm exercise. I would do it again more often.
I failed after 3 min i let my arms down but will try again tomorrow its my first time 😔
Thought day 1 was bad day 2 was even worse 😭💪💪

I made it almost 4 minutes

I do cheerleading and I’m a side base and I always fear I’m not strong enough and I get scared holding the flyer as I worry I’m gonna drop them so I wanted a workout that would help my arm strength and this workout really does help with that so thank you❤️
I’ll try to keep going as long as I can😅
