Part 2 of Day 32 #Quickfit holiday challenge done! After being a lazy butt yesterday, I definitely wanted to get back into the swing of things today! 5 min Total Body, Upper Body and Standing Abs. Then Stride and Strength Walk from the dvd and finished off with the stretch. Feeling Great!

So accidentally switched the 2nd part of days 32 & 33. That's what happens when you have to work out at 5:30 in the morning because of work. (Yesterday.) Glad they were both 5 minutes so no big worry. 🙂  Done with day 33. Only one day left. Yippee! 🙂

Thank you Jessica so much for that stretch.  I often times neglect this and get carried away with working out so its very nice to have the good reminder that we need to stretch

I absolutely LOVE your channel and LOVE LOVE LOVE all the "short" 10 – 15 minute videos! I'm totally into doing like 2 or 3 – 15 minute cardio videos with maybe a 10 minute strength training video in between! And now I have 5 minute stretching to add to the beginning/end! These short videos actually make my workout go by faster!

I love this stretch!  It's perfect to stretch out my thighs after my skating lessons and brilliant that it only takes 5 minutes!

I can't tell you how much your workouts, stretches, yoga have helped me!  From couch potato with fibromyalgia to looking for ways to move throughout the day and feeling better than I have in years!  I've lost 12 pounds and a negative attitude in 6 weeks!  Bless you.

Day one; workout one. I liked this workout; short and simple. There were small twists on similar moves that I had tried before, so it was comfortable and familiar and still new enough to make it fresh. I liked that I could modify when I needed to catch my breath and push it when I was able. Enjoyed it. Thanks.

Is this stretch good for pre-workout? Or is there a different stretch session for that? Thanks.

I hope it works. I am still a student which means chair, books, desk and nothing more. I used to have the perfect body, but now that I am growing up it starts changing and I see that it needs work. I am not fat. I am really skinny with a loosen butt, and I don' t like it. I feel uncomfortable with my body. So I will start tomorrow your 40 minute legs, butt, thighs, hips. And then I will use this 5 min Fix to strech my body. The day after that I will do your 30minute kickboxing cardio abs and then I will do again the streching. I hope it works. This summer I am going to make my body as it was before and try to maintain it for the rest of my life, cause really, it sucks to be 16 and feel like 40. I don' t want to feel like that.

This is a great stretch for the morning, short and sweet and not too demanding. They can also be done using the kitchen counter top or table for support. It gives more stability.

Have to ease back into my routine after three days of a stomach bug. Five minutes is a nice little bite so I feel I've done something but I don't push it too hard!
