I did this as a finisher after my weight lifting session and loved it. Love these 5 and 10 min workouts. Well, I love the long ones too! Specially when is HIIT

Wow!! this is the hardest butt workout done so far, especially that side gluts exercise xD damn, it burns so much!! It would nice to see more exercises focusing on that side gluts where ladies get cellulite :p thanks guys, well done!!

Do you have to be sore after workouts all the time and if you're not, does that mean you need to do more intense workouts or that you're just used to doing those moves? Still loved this one! Was burning during it but there are no effects this morning.
