you don't recommend drinking energy drinks but eating clif bars? the sugar content is probably the same so you might as well suggested eating plain sugar. just get enough sleep, hydrate yourself and eat enough of the right foods

Somehow, I'm a bit skeptical about those Clif Bars, although they do sound like they taste good. I'm curious about the ear massage hack – never heard of that!

Thank you for the tips!! Just one small thing.. tapping on your thymus won’t result in an enhanced T cell production. The T-cells are made in the bone marrow and they will mature in the thymus! So the tapping might enhance the maturation of the T cells instead of the production 😊

I really love Cassey's workouts and her advice is very useful, but I never thought she would be recommending protein bars filled with sugar. Doesn't she realize how much influence she has on people and how bad it would be if some of her followers (teens too) started consuming these thinking they were healthy? I'm kinda disappointed.

How about you listen to what your body needs. If you feel out of energy you most likely need REAL food (get the real kind of nutrients and vitamins) or REST. (and ofc exercising regularly but within limits)

Coffee doesn’t give me much energy but if I have it too late in the day it keeps me up. Also if I have too much I turn into Tyler Joseph when he sings (twitchy). But that won’t stop me from drinking it 😄
