Love your 5 healthy habits Katie 💕I just wrote them down in my LSF planner!! I have a morning & routine that you inspired me to to create which is has been super helpful . I am struggling with a mid day routine…I try and add a walk or getting up every hour moving & stretching but it very hit or miss. Lol So when it aligns a work day / mid day routine would be amazing! 😘💕✌️

I loved the idea of adding a new habit onto an old one ! It really helps us remember as it’s already a habit and doesn’t leave room for forgetting or procrastinating

Hey I was wondering if you could explain the calorie deficit to me! I’m trying to lose about 50, I know that to be I need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, and the calories for me to eat 1800 calories, but how much do I burn please help!!! Thank you have a great day😌

Thank youu! Great tips!! I don’t have much time to exercise but everyday I always spare 30 minutes for cardio or strength training. All this time I always thought that 30 minutes is really too little, but after you said that even 10 minutes will bring benefits, now I feel much better 😊 surely 30 minutes everyday is not bad, right?

These two books are helping me see habits in such a different way: Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg. and Atomic Habits by James Clear. Brene Brown's podcast Unlocking Us is doing a two parter with James Clear, highly recommend. Many things Katie talks about relate to some of the key points but a lot of new ideas to that have just blown my mind lol.

I used to the 0-100. Then I finally got a personal trainer who helped me set my goals weekly. He said start with going to the gym for one day. Then he asked me to do it two days the next week. And he was checking in with me weekly to see how I do with that each time we bumped up the gym time. I finally am going 4/5 times a week without his help after a year later. I love it! I love how he jump started me to just go.

Habit #1: Move your body for at least 10 minutes a day (1:12)
Habit #2: Start tracking your progress and goals (2:20)
Habit #3: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (5:00)
Habit #4: Focus on adding to your day/plate (5:58)
Habit #5: Make your bed every morning and clean your workspace at the end of the day (7:01)

Yes. I love the healthy habits.. I do many of them already except the most important – moving for 10 minutes each day.. The healthy habit I have added to my routine is trying to
get to 7:30 a.m. mass each morning. It forces me to sit and think about what I want my day to be like and remind myself of all the good in my life…

I gave up artificial sugar and processed foods. but I still drink propel everyday because of the electrolytes. Does propel cause weight gain since it has artificial sugar? What can I drink in replacement to feel hydrated from electrolytes?
