What's up Lex! Went through a couple injuries in my shoulder/side at my work doing a labour job that pushes us to hard about a year or little more ago and don't really have access to many or even a good Dr here and everything was slowly getting better when I got out of that job but when I decided to change shit and get off my ass I started with just doin push ups and situps and I find I always got a feeling like someone kicked me in the uppers ribs and like a pinching feeling in my left side of my chest. I know you're not a Dr lol but is that normal for starting to work out, am I being a little bitch and should just keep pushing through it. If anyone else got tips as well I'm definitely open just got started on this journey of trying to get fit and don't want it to be over already lol.

I wrote down all the things I wanted to do in my morning routine. I just followed the list until it became a habit.
Amen to that. Really good content wrapped up in a happy positive mood. Nice way to start my day over here in rainy grey Sweden.
One thing to add to the list though perhaps, go to the bathroom. As someone bogged down with stress (mother of 2 girls under 4 yo with the kids father not doing much at home at all), taking the time to go to the bathroom is NOT prioritized and as such, becomes harder. If I don't go, the rest of the day gets a serious meh-feeling. I take the time and everything feels soo much better the rest of the day.
A simple thing that means much, just like the rest on the list 🙂
