I've got to know… how many of you have tried the pull-over on the prone leg curl machine? Whenever I do exercises like this in my gym I usually get a few weird looks and then a few days later I see other people trying it out!
I used to get weird looks doing Ab-Pulldowns back in the day, now they are basically a staple in most of your abs workouts!
But I kinda just wish gyms would bring back the OLD-SCHOOL nautilus machines because the "Lat Pullover" was my absolute favorite to finish off my back workouts with. So until they do… I will be smashing that prone leg curl!

Feet up on a Box ring inverted rows as a fnisher have been amazing. I got a strain in my mid back recently and even cables hurt a bit and these have really struck my ego
